The bulk of our inventory has been moved onto ebay. It was getting burdensome to list the same knives in two locations, plus maintain accurate inventory. If you want a Gene Ingram, Enedino De Leon or Dan Crotts knife, send me a note through our Contact link and let me know specifics regarding what you are looknig for. We ship items well packed and take pride in speedy service. We no longer ship internationally, I'm sorry. Lost or Customs-seized items are always the seller's fault and shipping international has become too risky for us. Domestic shipping is normally via insured USPS Priority Mail. We do our best to ship within 24 hours of being paid. Paypal no longer refunds their 3.4% fee, and original shipping cost is not refundable (unless it was a shipping mistake on our end).Note: Free Insured USPS Priority Mail Shipping to active US Military for all items shipped to an APO/AE type address, anywhere in the world..
Payment:
We accept personal checks, certified funds and credit cards through Paypal. Personal checks are fine as long as we ship to the address on the check. We can no longer accept direct credit card payments due to recurring fraud. Paypal has proven to be a much more secure way for buyers and merchants to do business. We apologize for any inconenience.Return Policy:
Any item is fully returnable if not as described and will be refunded (minus original shipping cost) or replaced at our discretion. Please avoid buyer's remorse (paypal fee and original shipping cost will not be refunded). Returns must be approved and shipped with full insurance within 14 days of receipt, at buyer's expense. Please note that you will receive a brand new item, and the item must be returned exactly as you received it, complete with all manufacturer's packaging, to receive a full refund. We are not Cabelas and we cannot afford to give a full refund for a used or altered item. Used items are warranted by the manufacturer.
